ButtonBar is a remake of the toolbar shipped with the old 16-bit MS-Office, with some major improvements. The shortcut-bar of MS-Office 95/97/2000 was a bit fat, and MS Office 2003 has no shortcut-bar at all. All a long time ago...
BBar is meanwhile gone out of fashion but is still the fist program I install on a new Windows.
Under Vista there are problems with the INI file because of the Vista virtual store.
Just install old programs as BBar under a different path than 'C:/Program Files', e.g. 'C:/Tools' because there is no virtualization at all.
